The department tasked with customer relations by communicating to each other fulfill the tasks required to meet the service. At every stage of the service, customer notified of the state of affairs and get his approval. After approval of project and engineering services, in coordination with relevant units,  to succeed the service, technical support and after-sales support, at the end of service stages, control is carried out by the company officials.
